CALL FORWARDING PLUS Call Forwarding allows you to redirect calls to another telephone number. Call Forwarding Plus allows you to forward calls when your line is busy or when you don’t answer within four rings.

VOICEMAIL ECONOMY AND CALL FORWARD PLUS Voicemail has many advantages over answering machines. Answers even when somebody is on the phone. Allows private messages to be left for each family member even if they don’t have private lines. Callers can review, append or discard a message before delivering it. User can move ahead or backward in increments while listening to messages. User can selectively save or discard messages. Remote use is easy. During power outages voicemail will continue to take messages. Voicemail requires no special equipment or wires in the user’s home. Voicemail will not break. Voicemail can call to deliver the user a message. Voicemail can call a pager to alert user there is a message.

SPEED DIALING Allows fast, accurate dialing. You can call selected phone numbers quickly by dialing a short code. RTC offers 8 or 30 speed dialing numbers.

DO NOT DISTURB Prevents your phone from ringing when you don’t want interruptions. Callers who know your Personal Identification Number can still ring you.

REPEAT DIALING Allows you to dial a code to have your phone continuously attempt to redial a busy number that you tried to call. Eliminates the frustration of continuously redialing numbers and receiving annoying busy signals. Saves time and effort. You will no longer have to look up or remember the phone number during redial attempts.

CALL RETURN Allows you to dial a code and have a call automatically return to the last party who called or attempted to call you. Eliminates the aggravation of rushing to the phone when you’re returning from errands or in the shower only to find the person on the other end has hung up. Makes it easy to return calls that would normally be missed.

PRIORITY RINGING Allows you to program your telephone line to ring with a special ringing pattern whenever you are called from a select list of phone numbers. Allows you to identify special and important calls. Helps you determine who is calling. If you also have Call Waiting, you will hear a distinctive Call Waiting tone whenever someone on list calls.

PREFERRED CALL FORWARDING Allows you to create a list of phone numbers that are to be forwarded when they call you. All other calls will ring your phone in the normal fashion. Eliminates having to wait for important calls. You can leave your home or office and still receive urgent calls.

CALL SCREENING Allows you to create a list of phone numbers from which you do not wish to receive calls. Allows you to block calls from people with whom you do not wish to speak. Enhances security and privacy.

SPECIAL CALL ACCEPTANCE Allows you to screen incoming calls by creating a list of phone numbers from which you are willing to accept calls. Enhances security and privacy by allowing only the most important calls to reach you. Prevents unwanted interruptions, particularly solicitation calls.

CALLER ID NAME AND NUMBER Allows you to see the calling party’s phone number before answering a call. Allows you to determine who is calling before answering. Enhances security and helps eliminate harassing calls. Stores the phone numbers of people who called even while you are out. You can review numbers and return calls. Special display device located next to the phone is required.

CALLER ID WITH CALL WAITING See who is trying to call you when you are already on the phone.

CALLER ID BLOCKING Allows caller to hide your name and number on calls made.

FIXED CALL ADDRESS Allows a predetermined number to be dialed after the receiver is picked up.

TOLL CODE RESTRICTION Allows the blocking of long distance phone calls.
