- The "normal exchange"
is that in which the customer is located.
- The "foreign exchange"
is that from which the customer desires service.
- This is a special service and will
be furnished in accordance with such methods as are best suited to
meet plant and operating requirements subject to the availability of
facilities.
- CONCURRENCE
- This Telephone Company hereby
assents to, adopts, and concurs in rates, rules and regulations
governing interexchange private line services as they are set forth
in the Foreign Exchange Service section on the Indiana Bell
Telephone Company, Incorporated, Tariff I.U.R.C. No T-7 on file with
the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, and makes itself a party
thereto and obligates itself to observe the provisions therein with
the following exception:
- Where references are made in the
Foreign Exchange Services section of Indiana Bell Telephone
Company, Incorporated Tariff I.U.R.C. No T-7 to service and
equipment rates in other sections of the issuing carrier’s
tariff, the rates, charges and regulations filed by the
concurring carrier in its tariff shall be applicable.
- This Telephone Company reserves the
right to cancel this concurrence at any time after compliance with
requirements as to tariff filings as may be necessary upon such
cancellation.
