MESSAGE TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICE AND WIDE AREA TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICE

1. STATEMENT

1. Requests for Message Telecommunication Service or Message Toll Service (MTS) will be furnished insofar as the ability and facilities of this Telephone Company permit, in accordance with the following concurrence.

2. CONCURRENCE

1. This Telephone Company hereby assents to, adopts, and concurs in the rates, rules, and regulations governing intrastate Message Telecommunication Service or Message Toll Service and Wide Area Telecommunication Service as they are set forth in the Message Telecommunication Service, Section 6, and Wide Area Telecommunication Service, Section 7, of the Indiana Bell Telephone Company, Incorporated, Tariff I.U.R.C. No. T-7 on file with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, and makes itself a party thereto and obligates itself to observe the provisions therein with the following exception:

1. Where references are made in the Message Telecommunication Service or Wide Area Telecommunication Service sections of Indiana Bell Telephone Company, Incorporated Tariff I.U.R.C. No T-7 to service and equipment rates in other sections of the issuing carrier’s tariff, the rates, charges, and regulations filed by the concurring carrier in its tariff shall be applicable.

2. This Telephone Company reserves the right to cancel these concurrences at any time after compliance with requirements as to tariff filings as may be necessary upon such cancellation.
