How to Set Up Your EBill

Step 1: Go to, open the Customers drop down menu and click Online Bill Pay. Please make sure you have your current bill available as you will need the invoice number & amount due to register.


Step 2: Click on Register Here (under the blue Sign In button).


Step 3: Looking at your current bill, type in the Invoice Number and Amount Due on your invoice and click Continue.


Step 4: Complete all registration fields (email address, password, security questions). Then click Register.


Step 5: You will receive a confirmation that you have successfully registered for EBill.  You will need to go to your email and click on the URL included in the email to confirm your account and start using EBill.


Step 6: Once you have clicked on the URL in your email to confirm, you will click on the Redirect to Login or go back to and click Online Bill Pay from the Customer drop-down menu.


Step 7: You will now enter the username and password you set up in Step 4 and click Sign In.


Step 8: You now have access to pay your bill, view old invoices, set up auto pay, look at your payment history, view our phone directory and much more!  You are always welcome to call 574-223-2191 if assistance is needed. Thank you for being a RTC Fiber Communications Customer!
